At Gold Urban, we want you to be completely satisfied with your streetwear and jewelry; that is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all items in original condition. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, our streamlined process ensures a quick exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items in their original Gold Urban packaging, ensuring all tags and protective films are still intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
